We are now only 7 weeks away from the IESA XC State Championships from taking place. With such a short season that ends early into the fall, it leaves many looking to continue their seasons which they can do so by signing up for Palatine Pack, North Shore Pack, or Plainfield Pack or by signing up to be part of the Illinois Youth Club XC Championships. This great event is available to any clubs or individuals that want to take part in it. Here are some stats of who competed at last years edition of the meet.

Illinois Youth Club XC Invitational
Sunday, November 9 @ Deer Grove East in Palatine, IL
Event Description
Palatine Pack TFCC and the Chicago Flyers are pleased to co-host a post-season cross country opportunity for all Youth and Middle School club and unattached athletes. The meet will be run at Deer Grove East - site of the high school Palatine Invite - and age groups will be contested by USATF rules. Athletes will compete in their USATF age group, which is based on their age by December 31st.
Cost and Registration
Online pre-registration is available now via Athletic.net. Pre-registered athletes are $15 - $13 entry fee plus a $2 service fee from Athletic.net. Entry instructions are available here.
Meet day registration will run from 8:00-9:30 am. Cost for meet day registrants is $20. Accepted forms of payment include cash and credit card processing via Square. If you do not pre-register, we urge you to arrive early as we will cut off walk-up registration promptly at 9:30 am.

8:30 AM: Course is open for walk throughs and warm ups
10:00 AM: 8 and under boys and girls 2K |
10:20 AM: 9-10 Girls and Boys 3K |
10:45 AM: 11-12 Girls 3K |
11:05 AM: 11-12 Boys 3K |
11:30 AM: 13-14 Girls 4K |
11:55 AM: 13-14 Boys 4K |
12:30 PM: Family Relay
Amenities
Concessions will be offered on site.T-shirts will be available for sale. There will be portable bathrooms available for spectators and athletes.
Awards
The top 20 finishers in each age group will receive a medal.
Timing and Live Results
Palatine Pack Timing will be onsite for chip timing. AthleticLive results will be available on our web site at www.palatinepack.com.
