A few simple rules to keep things positive:

I can't wait to see the meet at Gatley this weekend. Its going to be some heavy hitters. What team is favored to win it?

Does anyone else get a little down after all the excitement during the build-up for State? It gets dark early, (generally) the team is done with day-to-day practices and meets, and some have moved on to winter sports. As a longtime CC coach, I find this week always a little sad, for me.
